The Calvados ExperiMental Long Pond Angels from the Drouin distillery represents an excellence from the Normandy region of France, the historical heart of the Calvados denomination. Obtained from a selection of strictly local cider apples, this distillate expresses with finesse and character the essence of the Long Pond terroir, an area known for the quality of its apples and the influence of the maritime climate that gives complexity and liveliness to the final product.

In the ExperiMental Long Pond Angels, tradition is combined with careful experimentation: distillation takes place in copper stills and the maturation occurs in oak barrels, a choice that imparts aromatic depth with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and light spice that emerge harmoniously on the nose.

On the palate, there is a perfect balance between freshness and softness, with a persistent and slightly savory finish reflecting the origin soil. It is ideal to be enjoyed at room temperature as a digestif, but also pairs well with aged cheeses and refined dishes based on white meats. A calvados that tells the story of a unique territory through an innovative production method respectful of tradition.
