Calvados Pays d’Auge Hors D’Age 18 Ans 70cl - Drouin is a refined distillate that originates from the historic Norman region of Pays d’Auge, renowned for the production of high-quality Calvados. Made from a selection of apples typical of the area, this Calvados rests for at least 18 years in oak barrels, a process that grants it extraordinary aromatic complexity and depth.

On the nose, it presents a rich and elegant bouquet, intertwining notes of ripe fruit, such as baked apple and pear, with warmer and spicier hints like vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of toasted wood. On the palate, it reveals a full and round structure, supported by a fine smoothness that envelops the taste, leaving a persistent and pleasantly spiced finish.

Ideal as a digestif, it also pairs well with desserts based on dried fruit or aged cheeses, offering a balanced and refined sensory experience. A Calvados that best expresses the tradition and mastery of Drouin in enhancing the Pays d’Auge terroir.
