Produced by Cane Spirit, this distillate stands out for its aromatic complexity and enveloping smoothness, the result of artisanal processing that enhances the characteristics of the raw material. The name itself evokes the mysterious "devil's share" that is lost during barrel aging, giving character and depth to the product.
On the nose, it opens with warm notes of sweet spices, vanilla, and hints of toasted wood, while on the palate it reveals a balanced structure, with touches of caramel and a slightly smoky finish. The metal mastercases packaging, holding 6 liters, adds a touch of exclusivity and practicality, ideal for collectors or group tastings.
