Templum has a beautiful ruby red color, with violet hues when young, tending towards garnet when fully matured.
The bouquet is particularly broad and persistent, with a vinous aroma typical of Cannonau, and hints of undergrowth fruits. The taste is decidedly dry, rather intense, well balanced between acidity and tannins, and a good persistence.
It goes perfectly with red meats and game, as well as being perfect with aged PDO Sardinian pecorino cheese.

Founded in 1956 and based in Tempio Pausania. Specializing in Vermentino di Gallura DOCG. Cooperative structure with a local retail shop. Winery history
Founded in 1956 as a cooperative of local growers in Tempio Pausania, the winery has carried on the winemaking tradition of Alta Gallura, developing over time a production focused on Vermentino and other wines typical of the area. The estate has taken part in national trade fairs and maintains a direct on-site shop.
Production philosophy
Showcase the Gallurese terroir by selecting grapes from our member growers, combining modern winemaking methods with oak ageing for some wines, and offering wines that represent local characteristics.
Terroir and vineyards
Alta Gallura, at the foot of Monte Limbara: granite soils, a windy climate and pedoclimatic characteristics that influence the freshness and minerality of the local wines.
