The Cascià Rosso Passito di Fontezoppa is born in the hills of Emilia-Romagna, produced from selected grapes of Sangiovese and other native varieties naturally dried. This wine offers a refined interpretation of the territory, where tradition merges with patient aging methods in wooden barrels that enhance its organoleptic characteristics.

Visually, it presents an intense, deep, and bright ruby red color. The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe red fruits, plums, Morello cherries, and a delicate bouquet of sweet spices and vanilla. The palate is enveloping and warm, with sweetness balanced by fresh acidity and soft tannins that provide structure and persistence. The sip is elegant, with a long finish featuring fruity hints and a slight touch of licorice.

It pairs excellently with dark chocolate-based sweets, aged cheeses, and traditional regional desserts, offering a rich and harmonious sensory experience.
