The Cassa mista Peruzzet - Casa Roma combines two refined expressions of the Veneto region, highlighting different winemaking spirits. The Manzoni Bianco, a blend of Incrocio Manzoni, presents elegant aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, enhanced by aging in steel that preserves its freshness and minerality. The Prosecco Rosé Brut, made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, is distinguished by its fine bubbles, harmonious flavor, and hints of wild strawberries and citrus notes, typical of the Prosecco DOC Rosé denomination. Ideal for aperitifs and light pairings, this selection fully expresses the balance between freshness and charm of Veneto.
