Cirelli’s Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo presents a lively, bright cherry-pink color that invites a sip. On the nose it’s clean and direct: fresh strawberries and cherries, a hint of rose petal and a slight citrus note that tempers the fruit; there’s also a touch of herbaceousness that adds to the overall sapidity. It doesn’t aim for opulence but for precision, offering an aromatic, easy-drinking profile that stays clean in the glass.

On the palate it’s agile and well balanced, with lively acidity, medium body and soft tannins that support the sip without weighing it down. The texture is saline, with fruity echoes and a fair persistence that invites a second glass. It’s ideal as an aperitif, pairs with seafood starters, crudités, delicate cold cuts and pasta with tomato sauce; it also works well with grilled fish dishes. Serve cool, around 10–12 °C, in not-too-large glasses to enhance its everyday drinkability and convivial moments.
