The Chablis Blanc AOC Grand Calcaire best represents the elegance and purity of wines from northern Burgundy, in the famous Chablis area. Made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape, this wine clearly expresses the unique character of the limestone terroir, rich in marine fossils, which imparts extraordinary minerality and freshness.

In the glass, it appears pale yellow with greenish reflections, promising an olfactory complexity ranging from notes of crisp white fruit to flint aromas and a delicate floral nuance. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a lively acidity and a balanced body that enhance its longevity and versatility. The aging, typically in steel or neutral wooden barrels, preserves the aromatic purity while allowing the typical sapidity of the Grand Calcaire to shine through.

Perfect with delicate seafood dishes and fresh cheeses, this Chablis is an invitation to discover the refinement of Burgundy through a glass of pure authenticity.
