The Chablis - Grand Cru Vaudesir - Louis Moreau comes from one of the most prestigious parcels of the Côte des Grands Crus, in the Chablis region of Burgundy. Here, the Chardonnay variety, cultivated on soils rich in limestone and clay, expresses a crystalline and mineral character, typical of this appellation.

The vinification and aging process partly on large and small lees gives the wine a refined balance between freshness and aromatic complexity. The bouquet opens with notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers dissolved in delicate hints of flint and minerals that recall the land of origin.

On the palate it is dry and vibrant, with a lively acidity that supports a balanced structure and elegant persistence. Perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or soft cheeses, this Grand Cru embodies the pure expression of the Chablis terroir.
