Seafood and fish |
On opening, expect fine bubbles and a persistent perlage; the bouquet leans toward delicate notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with a balanced mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh and linear, with good acidity and a saline finish. It pairs well with seafood, fish in general and delicate crustacean dishes; it is advisable to serve it chilled but not icy, around 8–10 °C, and to consume within a reasonable time after opening. The wooden case eases transport and presentation.
