The Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009, offered by Ruinart in its elegant wooden case, is a rosé vintage cuvée presented with great care. The colour is typically salmon pink, with a fine perlage that supports a complex olfactory frame: on the nose there are impressions of ripe red fruit, floral hints and subtle touches of bread crust and almond that contribute to an articulated and harmonious profile. The overall impression is one of measured maturity, with freshness balanced against structure.

On the palate it confirms a balance between breadth and clarity, with good gustatory persistence and aromatic returns consistent with the bouquet. It suits those seeking an expression of a rosé vintage capable of carrying substantial pairings: it pairs with structured seafood dishes, flavourful white meats and preparations based on red fruits, always served chilled. Store in a cool, stable place to preserve its characteristics.
