More questions

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru 12 Anni of EPC Champagne represents an excellence of the Champagne region, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Premier Cru classified vineyards. The long 12-year aging on the lees gives this sparkling wine a structured complexity, with very fine bubbles that caress the palate with elegance and persistence.

On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers, and subtle notes of bread crust open up, the result of patient and careful maturation. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, balanced by a pleasant minerality typical of the Champagne terroir. This Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is splendidly suited to accompany fine fish dishes, shellfish, or a selection of soft cheeses, enhancing their flavors without overpowering them. A sensory journey that elegantly tells the unique character of the territory and the artisanal expertise of EPC Champagne.

The story
The founders met in 2018 and shaped the project that became Champagne EPC; the house acquired its premises in Vindey upon its founding in 2019. From the start EPC has worked with local winegrowers, offering a collaborative model to create traceable cuvées, with the aim of showcasing the individual terroirs of Champagne.
