The Champagne Brut Grand Cru of Palais Des Dames, produced by Maison Tornay, is born in the heart of the renowned Champagne region in France. This sparkling wine is made exclusively with grapes from the Grand Cru, the vineyards of excellence recognized for the superior quality of their terroirs. The blend combines classic grape varieties of the denomination, such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, enhanced by a long aging on the lees that imparts complexity and richness.

In the glass it presents a fine and persistent perlage, illuminated by delicate golden hues. The bouquet offers notes of ripe white fruit, white flowers, and fragrant bread yeast, while the taste surprises with a balance between freshness, minerality, and a soft creamy structure. This Champagne expresses itself with elegance and refinement, ideal for celebrating special moments or accompanying delicate dishes based on fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.
