Brut Réserve Taittinger is one of the champagnes that made the Maison famous all over the world, a great classic obtained from an assembly of grapes from all over the region. A label that comes from a percentage of "Vins de Reserve" of no less than 20% and that fully reflects the style of the Maison.
The grapes come from more than 35 different vineyards, but the percentage of Chardonnay must never be less than 40%. The refinement of 36 months in the bottle on the lees is carried out in the ancient underground cellars; this gives Champagne extreme elegance, excellent balance and great delicacy. A sugar dose of 9 g/l is added to the foul, this enhances the sweeter nuances of honey, fruit and vanilla.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful bright golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose comes with fresh, fruity and floral aromas of peach and white flowers, finely blended with hints of vanilla and a pleasant aroma of brioche. The taste is in perfect harmony with the sense of smell, guaranteeing a lively, impactful, fresh and mineral sip, with light fruity hints of white fruit and honey, and the addition of almond and vanilla nuances.
A transversely pleasant Champagne that allows it to be appreciated by a large range of consumers from all over the world.
