Champagne Cuvée Alpha Millésimé - Jacquart is born in the heart of the Champagne region in France, employing a skillful selection of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, emblematic grape varieties of the territory. This vintage fully reflects the production year, highlighting the uniqueness of the climatic conditions that characterized that particular harvest.
Carefully aged according to the classic champenoise method, it spends a long period on the lees which imparts aromatic complexity and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant notes of white fruit are revealed, accompanied by delicately floral hints and a nuance of bread crust that enriches the olfactory experience.
On the palate, it presents a vibrant freshness and a perfect balance between acidity and softness, delivering a harmonious and enveloping sensation. Ideal for great moments of celebration, it pairs well with dishes based on shellfish, sushi, or fresh cheeses, enhancing the refinement of each tasting.
