The Champagne Cuvée of Maison Yves Loison, produced in the renowned Senlis area, represents the elegance and finesse of the classic French style. Obtained from a careful selection of grape varieties typical of the Champagne region, it is characterized by a slow and patient aging process according to the traditional method that gives the cuvée aromatic complexity and fine, persistent bubbles.

On the nose, fresh notes of small citrus fruits, white flowers, and a delicate touch of yeast and hazelnut stand out, with a vibrant balance that anticipates a creamy and harmonious taste. The typical minerality of the Senlis terroir is clearly perceived, providing a pleasant freshness and sapidity that enhance its gastronomic versatility. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with raw fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, offering a refined and memorable tasting experience.
