The Champagne Rosé de Saignée of En Fûts Les Vignes Derrière, produced by the Daubanton winery, represents excellence in the art of traditional rosé champagne. Originating from the renowned Champagne region, this wine is made using the saignée technique, which allows for maximum color and aroma extraction from the skins of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, giving an intense structure and lively character.

The long aging in wooden barrels enhances the olfactory complexity, where aromas of small red fruits, cherry, and delicate spicy notes intertwine, complemented by an elegant mineral freshness. On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, with a refined effervescence that cleanses the taste and invites new sips.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, shellfish, and spicy dishes, this Champagne Rosé is a sensory experience that celebrates the territoriality and wine-making tradition of Champagne with an innovative approach.
