The Champagne Rosé de Saignée Les Velours of M.G. Heucq is born in the heart of the prestigious Champagne region, where tradition meets the art of winemaking. Obtained exclusively with the saignée method, which extracts color and structure directly from prolonged contact with Pinot Noir skins, this rosé stands out for its elegance and aromatic intensity. The main grape variety of this cuvée is indeed Pinot Noir, which gives the wine a full character, supported by hints of ripe red fruits and delicate floral notes. The extended bottle aging helps to balance vibrant freshness with a pleasant creaminess, enhancing a fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose, one can perceive scents of wild strawberries, cherry, and light touches of bread crust, while on the palate it reveals itself harmonious and lively, with a mineral finish. Perfect to accompany dishes based on raw fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses, it is the refined expression of a unique terroir.
