The Chardonnay Ronco delle Acacie DOC from Le Vigne di Zamò is born in the heart of the Friulian hills, a region known for its ideal pedoclimatic conditions and artisanal attention to viticulture. This white wine best expresses the native character of the Chardonnay grape, carefully cultivated in south-facing vineyards, which promote a balanced and aromatic ripening.

The aging process involves a delicate fermentation in steel, followed by a short passage in wooden barrels, which imparts structure and complexity without overwhelming the fresh fruity elegance of the wine. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit emerge, accompanied by floral nuances and slightly toasted almond hints.

On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that balances softness and persistence, making it ideal paired with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses. A refined example of Chardonnay from Friuli Venezia Giulia, capable of conquering with finesse and personality.
