A soft and elegant wine, which comes from grapes from vines that are grown on clayey soils located in the south-eastern Veneto. The vineyards grow on silt-clayey soil of medium depth and alkaline, a typical feature of the Veneto plain, on a very ancient layer, a paleosol called "caranto". The climate is mostly temperate and humid given by the proximity of the sea, with strong temperature variations given by the alternation of fresh and hot-humid winds. The vinification is carried out with an initial soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C and aging on the fine yeasts.

It shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is decidedly fresh and immediate, with fruity aromas of golden apple and white peach, and very fragrant hints of acacia flowers. In the mouth the taste is fresh and balanced.

A pleasant and drinkable white, suitable for daily consumption with meat or fish-based dishes, or to be enjoyed during long aperitifs.
