The Chassagne Montrachet 1Er Cru - Grandes Ruchottes - Pillot is a white wine of exceptional elegance from the renowned Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this cru stands out for its complexity and finesse, the result of a unique terroir characterized by limestone-clay soils and optimal sun exposure.

The aging takes place in selected oak barrels, which give the wine a harmonious structure and a delicate vanilla note without overpowering the natural freshness of the grape variety. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it reveals intense aromas of ripe white fruit, white flowers, and subtle toasted hints. On the palate, it is rich, enveloping, and velvety, with a perfect balance between acidity and minerality.

Perfect with dishes based on fish, shellfish, or soft cheeses, this Chassagne Montrachet 1Er Cru invites you to a refined sensory experience deeply rooted in the territory.
