The Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione Vinci by Colombaio di Cencio comes from the hills immersed in the heart of Tuscany, a region historically dedicated to the production of Sangiovese, the grape that forms its predominant base. This wine represents the excellence of the Chianti Classico denomination, characterized by a rigorous selection of grapes and extended aging that enhances structure and complexity.

On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and spicy notes of black pepper, accompanied by floral nuances of violet. On the palate, it stands out for a full body, persistent tannins, and a refined balance between freshness and softness, with a slightly spicy aftertaste. The care in the cellar, with aging that generally includes a passage in barrique, gives it elegance and longevity.

Perfectly paired with roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Chianti Classico Gran Selezione fully expresses the authentic character of its terroir.
