Melini's Chianti Classico DOCG "Granaio" is an excellence in the panorama of Tuscan wines, representing one of the most authentic and respected expressions of the Chianti Classico territory. Produced with Sangiovese grapes selected from the best vineyards of Melini, located in the heart of Tuscany, this wine combines the centuries-old tradition of the region's wine production with modern winemaking techniques, to offer a high quality product that reflects the richness and complexity of the its terroir.

Visually, it has a deep ruby red color, with garnet reflections that tend to accentuate with aging. On the nose, the wine unfolds an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, with dominant notes of cherries and berries, enriched by nuances of spices, leather and a light touch of tobacco, evidence of the refinement in oak barrels which adds complexity without overpowering the original freshness of the fruit.

On the palate, Melini's Chianti Classico "Granaio" is balanced and structured, with soft and well-integrated tannins that give the wine a pleasant drinkability. The acidity is well balanced, supporting a medium body and a rich range of flavors that mirror the olfactory bouquet, leading to a long and persistent finish, with a light balsamic note.

Ideal to accompany traditional dishes of Tuscan and Italian cuisine, such as pasta with ragù, roast meats, grilled meats and mature cheeses, the Chianti Classico DOCG "Granaio" is also a perfect wine for convivial occasions, capable of enhancing conviviality and pleasure of the table.
