Chianti Classico DOCG - Il Poggiolino is born in the heart of Tuscany, in one of the most suitable areas for the production of Sangiovese, the main grape variety of this denomination. Characterized by careful vinification and aging that usually takes place in oak barrels, this red wine stands out for its balance between freshness and structure. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby color, accompanied by intense aromas of cherry, violet, and light spicy notes that recall the Tuscan soil. The palate is harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish that enhances the typicality of the Chianti Classico territory. A perfect companion for rustic dishes such as pappardelle with ragù or roasted red meats, this wine elegantly expresses the authentic soul of one of Tuscany’s most prestigious crus.
