The Cognac VSOP Grande Champagne François Voyer represents an excellent example of the elegance and complexity typical of the most renowned Cognac production area, Grande Champagne. This territory, famous for its chalky soils, gives the distillates extraordinary finesse and unparalleled longevity. The VSOP, or “Very Superior Old Pale,” indicates a blend of eaux-de-vie aged for at least four years, which in this case results in a perfect balance between softness and aromatic depth.

On the nose, it opens with delicate scents of white flowers and dried fruit, followed by more complex notes of vanilla, honey, and light spices, an expression of aging in selected oak barrels. On the palate, the velvety structure combines with a pleasant warmth and elegant, enveloping aromatic persistence, typical of the harmony of Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the region.

This Cognac is perfect both to enjoy neat, at room temperature, to fully appreciate its nuances, and as a refined ingredient in classic or contemporary cocktails. A distillate that tells the terroir and the art of François Voyer with great refinement.
