Franciacorta Rosè by Contadi Castaldi is produced with 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay grapes.
A bubble full of fragrance, always up-to-date, aiming for smoothness, with a decidedly balanced and versatile style, perfect for any occasion.
It enchants to the eye with its delicate antique pink colour, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Sweet notes of dry pastries and pomegranate arrive on the nose, with citrus aromas of pink grapefruit and mandarin, and delicious fruity hints of cherry and toasted almond. The taste is decidedly fresh, it is discovered with a pleasant balance between freshness and flavor, with creamy references of wild berry yoghurt.
A glass capable of captivating the palate, perfect in combination with fish-based dishes and sushi. In particular, we advise you to try it with scallops au gratin or fried prawns. Excellent to sip as an aperitif.
