The Cotes Du Jura 2022 - Savagnin - Berthet-Bondet is an exceptional example that reflects the authenticity and winemaking tradition of the Jura region in France. This white wine is made entirely from Savagnin grapes, an indigenous varietal of the region, known for its ability to express a pronounced mineral terroir and lively acidity.

In appearance, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose, it reveals a complex and inviting bouquet. Notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, blend with hints of hazelnut and slight touches of sweet spices, bringing a lightly toasted background due to its aging in oak barrels.

On the palate, the Cotes Du Jura 2022 is vigorous and fresh. Its well-balanced acidity makes it an ideal companion for rich fish dishes, cheese-based dishes like Comté, or even international cuisine dishes that require a wine with a strong presence.

Berthet-Bondet is a winery committed to producing wines that are true ambassadors of their environment, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and respectful practices towards the land. The Cotes Du Jura 2022 is therefore not only an excellent choice for wine lovers but also for those seeking products that reflect a philosophy of respect towards nature.
