The Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut by Borgogna Jaffelin represents an elegant expression of French sparkling wine art in the historic Burgundy region. Made primarily with Pinot Noir, an excellent grape of the area, this traditional method guarantees a lively and persistent mousse. After a long secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees, the wine develops olfactory complexity and a fine, delicate structure. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and raspberries emerge, accompanied by light floral notes and a fresh minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a balanced acidity that enhances its versatility. Ideal as an aperitif, it perfectly accompanies fish dishes, delicate shellfish, and fresh cheeses, highlighting the richness of refined cuisine with its elegant and sophisticated bubbles. A classy choice to enhance every special moment.
