Dalis Rosè comes from a blend between Teroldego and Sauvignon Blanc, with berries from vineyards that are distinguished by exposure, geological origin and microclimate. This means that particular aroma precursors are present in the berries, essential for the development and elegance of the aromas immediately perceived on the nose.
A label that is striking for its good minerality on the palate and together with a nice freshness, make the sip smooth. Dalis is a wine that comes from the perfect union of a native red grape variety, Teroldego, and an international white grape, Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes are grown with the guyot and Trentino pergola system, in the vineyards of Sorni and Coveli, on calcareous and clayey soils. The bunches are harvested manually and carefully de-stemmed in the Endrizzi cellar. Skin maceration follows, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and matures for a few months, again in steel.
It shows a light and soft color, decidedly transparent, with some violet-orange reflections. The bouquet recalls delicate sensations where small berries mix with grapefruit aromas and more mineral notes. The taste is slightly structured with a pleasant refreshing and slightly mineral texture.
A Trentino rosé ready to be consumed that guarantees an excellent result in accompaniment to all fish-based preparations.
