Diano d'Alba DOCG La Lepre Biologico - Fontanafredda is born in the heart of Piedmont, a territory renowned for the quality of its native grape varieties. This organic wine is produced mainly with Dolcetto grapes, which provide freshness and softness, with a commitment linked to environmental respect and agronomic sustainability. The aging in steel preserves the varietal characteristics and the genuineness of the fruit intact, while the finish is silky and harmonious, with a pleasant recall of red fruits and light spicy notes.

In the glass, it presents a lively ruby color, an intense and fragrant bouquet, evoking ripe cherries and undergrowth, making it ideal to accompany dishes of the Piedmontese tradition such as white meats, fresh cheeses, and first courses. Its balanced and deep drink embodies the essence of the Diano d’Alba territory, enhanced by Fontanafredda’s organic approach.
