The Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Rutuin Ciabot Mentin - Domenico Clerico is born in the hills of Roero, a land well-suited for this native Piedmontese grape variety. The Dolcetto, cultivated in vineyards facing south, expresses here a fresh and fruity character, enhanced by the specific microzone of origin. The ruby red color with violet reflections anticipates a bouquet rich in fresh red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a slight hint of bitter almond typical of the grape.

On the palate it is harmonious, with soft and well-integrated tannins, making it an easy-drinking wine but with good structure. The aging mainly takes place in steel, to preserve the varietal genuineness and freshness. It pairs splendidly with traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as tajarin with ragù or fresh cheeses, enhancing conviviality and the simplicity of the dishes.
