Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes were separated from the bunches and the must was obtained with delicate pressing. Maceration takes place for 6 days at a controlled temperature of 27-28°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed by mid-December, before the wine is transferred for refinement in stainless steel tanks, to enhance the fragrance and vinosity of the fruits, typical of this variety. Dolcetto is then bottled in spring.

At sight, the wine has a lively ruby red color. As for the aroma, it reveals a vinous note, highlighting characteristic floral and ripe fruit notes. In the mouth, it offers notable fullness and balance, with a pleasant aftertaste reminiscent of almonds.
