«Eloquente» is an extremely fruity Champagne, a cuvèe in perfect balance between 65% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Noir.

A splendid label inspired by the fairytale "The hen that lays the golden eggs", authentic and with a touch of history; the Maison faithfully produces the oldest Cuvée in the Marne Valley. Elegant, fresh and seductive, this Champagne is the ideal companion for all occasions!

A sparkling wine that amazes for its excellent value for money, due to the use of a still niche brand. Produced by a small family-run farm, Eloquente shows great qualities of freshness and acidity, urged to be rewarded with a tasting that could leave you speechless.

Fresh, elegant, structured, the vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats in the noble tradition of Champagne, with aging from 3 to 4 years in oak. In the glass it can be admired in its golden yellow dress, with a fairly fine and long perlage. Fruity aromas of green apple and ripe pear arrive on the nose, with citrus hints and notes of almonds, sweet hints of brioche and honey. In the mouth the sip is decidedly generous and rich.

Ideal for an aperitif but also with shellfish, sushi or with a lemon meringue cake.
