The Enantio DOC from Cantina Roeno is a red wine that embodies the authentic expression of the Vallagarina territory, in the area of the Forts, where the unique microclimate and well-drained soil provide ideal conditions for viticulture. This wine is made entirely with Enantio grapes, a native variety of the region, also known as Lambrusco a foglia frastagliata, which manages to transfer the essence of its habitat into the glass.

In terms of winemaking, the Enantio is fermented in steel containers to preserve the fruity and fresh characteristics of the grapes, followed by aging in oak barrels which enriches its complexity without overshadowing the varietal character.

The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, the Enantio DOC from Cantina Roeno stands out for its intense notes of wild berries, plum, and a light spiciness that recalls black pepper and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is harmonious, with a perfect balance between lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent and leaves a pleasant sense of completeness.

This wine pairs perfectly with dishes of grilled red meat, game, and aged cheeses. It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C to fully appreciate its bouquet and structure.

The Enantio DOC from Cantina Roeno is not just a wine, but a true sensory experience that will bring the heart of the ancient winemaking tradition of Trentino to your table. An excellent choice for those who wish to discover the authentic flavors of this rich Italian region.
