Erse di Tenuta di Fessina is a white wine born from the heart of Etna, a volcanic land rich in minerality and winemaking tradition. Produced exclusively with Carricante grapes, the most representative variety of the Etna Bianco DOC denomination, this wine naturally expresses the complexity of the Etna terroir. The vines, cultivated at high altitude on the slopes of the volcano, confer a unique elegance and vibrant freshness to the product, with evident notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and light mineral nuances reminiscent of lava stone.
The vinification and aging process favors methods that respect the structure and purity of the fruit, often combining fermentation in steel tanks with a short sur lies aging that enriches the aromatic texture without weighing it down. On the palate, Erse is a slender and harmonious white, characterized by good acidity and a persistent finish that invites further tasting. This wine pairs wonderfully with delicate seafood dishes, raw fish, and fresh cheeses, proving perfect for those who wish to discover the extraordinary expression of Etna through a white wine capable of telling stories of terroir and viticultural passion.
