Born on the fertile volcanic slopes of Etna, the Nero Di Sei of Palmento Costanzo is a enveloping and authentic wine, an intense expression of the Etna DOC. The principal grape variety, Nerello Mascalese, gives this magnum an elegant structure and a complex aromatic profile, shaped by the unique terroir rich in volcanic minerals that impart freshness and depth. After careful aging, the Nero Di Sei displays a bright ruby color, with garnet reflections that announce a dynamic structure.
The aromas evoke notes of ripe small red fruits mixed with spicy hints and light floral nuances, while on the palate it reveals itself to be harmonious, with silky tannins and good persistence. Perfect to accompany game dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses, this wine tells a story of passion and respect for Etna viticulture, offering a refined and engaging tasting experience.
