The Fiano del Sannio from Vigne di Malies, labeled "Fojano", represents one of the most refined expressions of this native Campanian grape variety. Grown in the fertile lands of Sannio, an area with an ideal microclimate and rich soil that imbues the wine with a distinctive character, this Fiano stands out for its elegance and complexity.

In the glass, Fojano presents a bright straw-yellow color with hints that lean towards gold. On the nose, the wine offers an invitation to the senses with a rich bouquet of aromas; notes of green apple, white peach, and a light touch of citrus blend with nuances of white flowers and honey, a distinct sign of maturity.

On the palate, Fiano del Sannio "Fojano" is full-bodied and enveloping. Its structure is well balanced by a fresh acidity and a discreet minerality that makes the sip pleasantly persistent. Flavors of white-fleshed fruits mix with more complex sensations of aromatic herbs and spicy touches, the result of skilled winemaking and careful aging in steel barrels.

Perfect to be served at a temperature of 8-10°C, this wine pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. It is also excellent as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for the pleasures of the meal.

Fiano del Sannio "Fojano" from Vigne di Malies is a prestigious choice for those seeking a white wine that offers a rich sensory experience, while maintaining deep roots in the winemaking tradition of Sannio.
