It is a lively brut full of fragrance, which favors smoothness and a simple sensory language, which adapts to any shape or accompaniment.
When poured, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with floral notes of linden, nuances of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The mouth is taut and crunchy, fresh and vertical, sapid, refined and with a very pleasant persistent finish.
If you don't know this winery and its Franciacortas, you have the opportunity to evaluate an extremely versatile bottle and an excellent accompaniment, without envying anything from the major houses of Franciacorta.
