A lively brut full of fragrance, which prefers smoothness and a simple sensorial language, which adapts to any form or accompaniment.
When poured, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, animated by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with floral notes of lime, nuances of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The mouth is taut and crunchy, fresh and vertical, tasty, refined and with a very pleasant persistent finish.
If you don't know this winery and its Franciacortas, you have the opportunity to evaluate an extremely versatile and excellent accompaniment bottle, without anything envious of the major Franciacorta houses.
