Only the vineyards that produce the richest and most succulent fruit are chosen to help create this Cuvée with a mineral and powerful character that has no equal.

The wine has a warm color, with slightly coppery nuances. It's an inviting sight, suggesting the complexity of flavors to come.

As for the scent, it reveals itself as an authentic explosion of aromas. Notes of bitter orange and apricot emerge, accompanied by a clear mineral character. It's like an olfactory journey between toasted barley, flint and smoky peat nuances, with a touch of wild herbs such as fennel.

On the palate it is equally engaging. The flow of balsamic sensations continues, with hints of black pepper and anise. The structure is impressive, guaranteeing a persistent sensation in the mouth that lasts for a long time.

This wine pairs beautifully with refined dishes from both land and sea. It is the ideal choice for first courses with rich sauces based on poultry and feathered game, or for fish dishes with a strong flavour. Its aromatic complexity makes it a perfect companion for noble and memorable culinary experiences.
