Friulano Collio DOC - Pighin represents an authentic tribute to the winemaking tradition of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region renowned for the quality of its white wines. Made from Friulano grapes, an indigenous variety capable of expressing intense and distinctive aromas, this wine presents a bright straw yellow color and a bouquet that evokes notes of almond, white flowers, and delicate herbal hints. On the palate, it is harmonious and enveloping, characterized by a pleasant freshness and a persistent finish that invites another sip.

The Collio, an area suitable for growing aromatic grapes, imparts a balanced gustatory complexity to Friulano of Pighin, thanks also to the aging method that preserves the wine's natural freshness. It is ideal as a companion to appetizers, vegetable-based first courses or white meats, and perfect to be enjoyed young, but also after a few months of aging in the bottle.
