Friuli DOC Pinot Grigio - Attems is born in one of the most suitable areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the predominantly calcareous-clay soil gives the vine a particular elegance and freshness. Vinified with careful techniques that preserve aromatic purity, this Pinot Grigio stands out for its bright straw-yellow color and intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and apple, accompanied by light floral and mineral notes.

On the palate, it is balanced and savory, with a soft structure that envelops the taste and a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and persistence. The aging usually takes place in steel to maintain the liveliness of the vine and enhance the characteristics of the Friulian terroir. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light fish dishes and white meats, this Pinot Grigio finely expresses the soul of Friuli.
