The Genever 3Yo of Zuidam is a refined expression of this particular traditional Dutch distillate, produced in the region recognized for its long tradition in the field of genever. Obtained from a carefully selected blend of cereals, this genever ages for at least three years in wooden barrels, a process that imparts complexity and softness to the aromatic profile.
On the nose, delicate hints of juniper are perceived, accompanied by floral notes and a slight vanilla, coming from the wood aging. The palate welcomes a balance between cereal sweetness and herbal freshness, with a warm and slightly spicy persistence that envelops the sip.
