Brullente is the flavored wine from the Giori distillery, designed to warm up evenings and celebrate moments of conviviality with taste and tradition. Prepared according to a skillfully blended recipe, it combines a base of selected wine with spices, citrus fruits, and natural aromas to offer an intense and enveloping experience.

On the nose, it releases a dance of aromas — candied citrus, orange and lemon peels, and an aromatic frame of sweet spices: cinnamon, cloves, a hint of nutmeg, and touches of vanilla. In the background, warm notes of cooked fruit and honey emerge, evoking the atmosphere of a lit fireplace.

On the palate, it reveals a soft and warm texture, with a balanced sweetness that perfectly offsets the acidity of the wine. The taste evolves elegantly, with hints of cooked fruit, aromatic spices, and a delicate aftertaste of citrus and honey. The finish is long, welcoming, and comforting — a caress for the palate that warms body and spirit.

Ideal as a warm aperitif, digestif, or convivial drink. It pairs perfectly with spiced desserts and Christmas pastries, cooked fruit, and dark chocolate.
