A Piedmontese distillate that comes from selected grape pomace, mainly Moscato. The must is fermented in steel tanks; it is in the latter that the yeasts perform the "miracle" of transforming sugar into alcohol and prepare the precious "ground" for distillation.
The discontinuous bain-marie distillation system is supervised by an expert master distiller. The refinement takes place in oak barrels, this gives the grappa great structure and special softness and makes it perfect as a meditation distillate.
A noble and elegant grape distillate with a golden color, which releases heady floral scents of immense finesse with a soft, extremely velvety taste and rich in toasted notes and vanilla.
