The Grappa Barolo 2004 from Distilleria Trussoni is made from selected pomace coming from the vineyards of Barolo, the beating heart of the Langhe in Piedmont. This distillate, obtained exclusively from Nebbiolo pomace, reflects the elegance and complexity of the territory, with a structured and enveloping character. The aging of over fifteen years gives the grappa an intense amber hue and a bouquet rich in warm scents of vanilla, delicate spices, and slight balsamic notes, combined with a pleasant softness on the palate.

The maturation in wooden barrels helps balance the aromatic persistence with a velvety caress, perfect for concluding important meals. Ideal as a digestive, it pairs beautifully with desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses, offering a unique and refined sensory experience, with the authentic strength of a terroir famous worldwide. A precious tribute to Piedmontese artisanal tradition.
