The Grappa Bianca Morbida of Distilleria Caselli is a distillate that embodies the artisanal Piedmontese tradition, an authentic expression of carefully selected grape pomace. Made only with high-quality raw materials, this grappa stands out for its purity and softness, achieved through a careful distillation process that enhances the varietal aromas without weighing down the palate.
With a crystalline color, it offers a delicate aromatic bouquet with floral and slightly fruity notes, perfectly balanced by the enveloping sensation typical of a well-crafted grappa. The taste profile features a silky texture, with an elegant persistence that invites slow and satisfying tasting.
Excellent as a digestive, it is also suitable to accompany spoon desserts or dark chocolate, enhancing their aromatic nuances in a refined and discreet way, ideal for those seeking an intense yet gentle flavor experience.
