Barolo Grappa from Distilleria Agricola Antica Torre is made from the freshest Nebbiolo da Barolo pomace from the Langhe, selected at Azienda Agricola Conterno Fantino in Monforte d’Alba.

Distillation is carried out in a steam-powered batch still and involves a double pass. This method preserves the aromatic complexity, depth, and elegance that characterize Barolo.

In the glass, it is clear, crystalline, and brilliant. The bouquet evokes dried rose and small red fruits, enriched by delicate spicy notes that add greater depth to the whole.

On the palate, it is fine, structured, and persistent, with an elegant texture that expresses the nobility of the grape variety and its natural aromatic richness. The sip is intense yet balanced, with a long, harmonious finish.

Ideal as a sipping digestif or after-dinner spirit. It pairs well with dried fruit, dry pastries, aged cheeses, and cured meats, and is also suitable for adding to coffee or serving with ice cream.
