Grappa di Nebbiolo 50cl - Antica Torre 2021

Antica Torre Agricultural Distillery’s Nebbiolo Grappa is made from exceptionally fresh pomace from the Langhe, selected at the Conterno Fantino Agricultural Estate in Monforte d’Alba.

The pomace is processed using a discontinuous steam-powered still with double distillation. This artisanal distillation preserves the aromatic finesse and structure typical of Nebbiolo, one of Piedmont’s most representative grape varieties.

In the glass, the grappa is clear, crystalline, and bright. On the nose, it expresses aromas of small red fruits and violets, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances.

On the palate, it is elegant, linear, and persistent, with a fine texture and a balanced sip that reflects the grape variety’s natural complexity. The finish is clean and pleasantly aromatic.

It can be served during the meal or as an after-dinner digestif. It pairs well with dried fruit, dry pastries, cheeses, and cured meats, and is also suitable for adding to coffee or accompanying gelato.
