In the heart of the Langhe, home of the famed Barolo, Grappa Ometti Barolo is born, a distillate that embodies the essence and winemaking tradition of one of Italy's most renowned regions. This grappa is derived from the distillation of selected grape pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, used for the production of Barolo, one of the world's most prestigious wines.

Grappa Ometti Barolo is presented in an elegant 70cl bottle, encased in a refined box that enhances its value and makes it a perfect gift for enthusiasts of Italian spirits. With a color that approaches transparent with golden reflections, this grappa offers a rich and complex bouquet. On the nose, aromatic notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, and slight accents of toasted wood emerge, indicative of a period of aging in carefully selected barrels.

On the palate, Grappa Ometti Barolo is soft and balanced, with a perfect harmony between alcohol and aroma that culminates in a long and pleasantly persistent finish. The warm sensations of the distillate are balanced by a surprising freshness, inviting a second sip.

Ideal as a digestif, this grappa is magnificently suited to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, served slightly chilled. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate or nut-based desserts, creating a unique and memorable tasting experience.

Grappa Ometti Barolo represents an excellent example of how Italian distillery tradition can meet and enhance the flavors of one of its most iconic wines. A true gem for grappa and Barolo lovers.
